What I’m Here For

I’m SO glad you’re here. Genuinely!

I’m here to help create spaces where people feel more connected — to themselves, to each other, to their bodies, and to something greater ~ whatever that is for you!

I believe there is so much already alive within us: curiosity, creativity, love, strength, wisdom, and wonder. Sometimes we don’t need to become someone new. We just need the space to slow down, listen, move, and hear what’s already there.

What Yoga Has Given Me

Yoga gave me a way back into my body. And my spirit.

For a long time, I lived largely from the neck up — thinking, striving, doing, and trying to figure everything out. Yoga taught me to slow down enough to actually feel. To be present. To meet myself where I am.

It reminded me that practice isn't about perfection. It’s about showing up. It’s about listening, deeply listening.

That is what I hope to offer through my teaching: space to move, explore, listen, and reconnect.

The Whole Human

I’m also here for the whole human experience — for discipline and play, depth and laughter, strength and softness, growth without judgment.

I’m interested in the mystery, in the things that make us feel connected and alive: nature, music, other people, movement, stillness, and the quiet wisdom within us.

I want to create spaces where you can be fully yourself. Where you can be curious, silly, grow, rest, and simply be.

Let’s move, listen, connect, wonder, and see what’s already alive.
